Accessories for washing details:

  • Wire baskets

Ultrasound:

  • Can with ultrasonic transducers. Their advantage is that they can be easily replaced. The cans can be used together with the generator as separate vibrating systems. Making such an arrangement makes it easier to install in existing tanks or washers where the effective ultrasonic power is too low.   
  • Panel with ultrasonic transducers   
  • Ultrasonic transducers:       
    • 25 kHz frequency - used in large washers for washing heavy workpieces.       
    • Frequency 35 kHz - used for washing medium-sized workpieces.       
    • 40 kHz frequency - used for washing small workpieces    T
  • The use of “SWEEP” sweeping, i.e. modulation of the frequency and adjustment of the magnitude of the amplitude of this modulation makes it possible to reduce the harmfulness of the static wave and reduces the risk of damage such as tarnishing and cavitation erosion, especially in the case of metals that are not very resistant to cavitation, such as aluminum in aqueous media

 

Controls:

  • Standard control panel of ultrasonic cleaner with pump switch
  • Cleaning process control by microprocessor controller

 

Power regulation:

  • Possibility to observe the power level on the scale and optimize the washing parameters so that too high cavitation will not damage the washed workpiece

 

Modulation:

  • Frequency-modulated ultrasonic power enables more effective cleaning of items with complex shapes. Scrubbers with this type of modulation are much more energy efficient than traditional scrubbers.
    Modulation control allows in the range:
    • “FREQUENCY” - changing the sweep frequency (frequency of detuning from the resonant frequency),
    • “AMPLITUDE” - changing the modulation depth (the amount of detuning from resonance).

 

Separators:

  • The device is designed for continuous, cascade separation of oil and other solid contaminants from service fluids. The devices are used in: washing and degreasing process lines, coolant circulation systems in cutting machine tools and other processes where there is a need to de-oil the utility fluids
